Dr. Kohman is a leadership educator and facilitator with more than a decade of experience designing transformative programs that empower individuals and organizations to grow.

With a background spanning higher education leadership, adaptive leadership training, and student success initiatives, Dr. Kohman brings a research-driven yet deeply human approach to every space she enters. Dr. Kohman is a frequent keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, including her TEDx Talk "Leadership Shouldn't Be a Position". 

Her work is rooted in helping people navigate complexity, build meaningful connections, and unlock the courage to lead with authenticity. Some of her greatest joys include writing recommendation letters for students and colleagues, mentoring emerging leaders—particularly women—and cultivating networks that help bold ideas and bold people thrive.
